Emme, the supermodel, television personality, author, lecturer, creative director for her clothing lines, and nationally recognized women's advocate for positive body image and self esteem has a clear mission: to awaken the inner magnificence inherent in each of us. For 20-years, Emme has put women's and children's issues front and center. Emme's message is aimed at increasing awareness and raising funds to help treat eating and body image disorders. Emme is the Chair Ambassador of the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) and is a national ambassador for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, serving as the honorary chairperson for the MS Society's cycling series. Emme's popularity as a lecturer is well earned. She promotes and exemplifies a wellness lifestyle, positive body image and self-esteem and self-acceptance as a sought after keynote speaker. She lectures at national business workshops, governor conferences and seminars, prestigious universities including Yale, Harvard, and NYU as well as middle and high schools around the country. Speech Topics

  • Power of the Purse: Building Awareness of Influence & Opportunity

Money is energy, and where we direct our attention — and our dollars — shapes the world around us. In this thought-provoking keynote, Emme explores how women, creatives, and wellness-minded individuals can reshape industries by investing with clarity and conscious intention. With insights into financial mindset, emotional healing around scarcity, and the spiritual role of money in modern life, this talk empowers audiences to become stewards of influence, not victims of limitation.

  • From Runway to Real Life: Lessons in Resilience, Reinvention & Authenticity

With three decades in the spotlight as a model, advocate, and wellness leader, Emme brings wisdom forged in the fire. She shares lessons from navigating public scrutiny, cultural pressure, and personal transformation — and how she learned to ground herself in daily practices like breathing, stillness, and joyful accountability. This talk is a permission slip for audiences to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with who they truly are — not what society expects them to be.

  • Wellness at Work: Mind, Body & Spirit in Corporate Culture

Companies that prioritize whole-person wellness are seeing tangible results: increased employee retention, higher engagement, and reduced absenteeism. In this keynote, Emme explores the power of investing in workplace wellness — from on-site meditation and sound healing spaces to leadership accountability, mindset coaching, and emotional intelligence development. Backed by data (e.g., a 2022 Gallup report found companies with high well-being scores see 21% higher productivity), this talk equips leaders and teams to elevate output through calm, care, and clarity.

  • Reclaiming Beauty & Building Self-Esteem Across Generations

In a world that profits from our self-doubt, reclaiming beauty means redefining it through personal truth, generational healing, and body appreciation. Emme shares her groundbreaking journey from the runway to advocacy, showing how true self-esteem is passed down not through mirrors — but through language, behavior, and spiritual self-worth. This talk uplifts audiences to quiet external pressures and instead foster a legacy of radical self-love and embodied confidence for daughters, sons, and communities alike.
